Video explainer
Integralavoro is a public project involving Milanese mental health services.
It asked us to make a video that would referred to companies and users in order to explain their job integration service.
Integralavoro supports companies, from the recruitment process to the post-recruitment. For this reason the storytelling focuses on the connections and intersections of color among the various characters.
We created a system of illustrations that would identify all the protagonists of the video with a precise code.
On top there is the concept of tangram: a system of joints, not always perfect, but able to build new forms and systems.
Each user has a color and pattern assigned so that it is distinguishable throughout the course of the video storytelling. Although each character retains its own shape, the pattern and color place them in a certain category: yellow and red, with organic pattern, indicates a user with mental disabilities; blue and polka dot pattern indicates the companies.
The union of the two colors determine the green. Not by chance Integralavoro makes these two worlds interact.
The network pattern of Integralavoro was designed to put an additional emphasis on the concept of network, at the center of their work.
