Antonio co-founded Cromazoo and he’s in charge of approving all the creative content. He can count on a fourteen years’ experience in art direction, corporate identity, animation, UX and UI. He is professor of motion design, but could teach a lot about olive oil making too.

Andrea is one of the three co-founders of Cromazoo and the person who takes care of accounting, HR and new business development. Skilled in sound design, video editing, live shooting and direction, he had experiences with television and music tours, but chose to remain with his duo DJStivi.

He can manage anything that moves on wheels or has an engine.
Gianluca is co-founder and motor of Cromazoo. He controls projects, deadlines, resources and personal vehicles, with a strong know-how on motion design, live shooting, direction and project management. Passionate entrepreneur, he likes new ideas and new challenges, but still lacks real grip over typos.

Skilled in everything that moves, from character animation to his beloved motorbike.
Giulio is the brain (plus hands and tablet) behind all our motion design works, with a strong background in animation, puppet design and stop motion. He is the agency’s wannabe table tennis champion and the Polaroid master.

Vector digger, he is obsessed with research on the creative concept synthesis since 2007. He teaches Graphic e Basic Design and he would like to translate all languages of the world in one universal language: pictograms.
Skilled in art direction, brand identity, publishing, exhibition design and wayfinding. Always in love with typography.

Growthaholic, vinyl maniac and geek by vocation, she has a tool for everything.
Lucrezia is our growth hacker and is in charge of accelerating digital growth strategies.
She tests and measures every single marketing action with obsessive perfectionism.
She always has an eye open to new market trends and the next trip to unexplored lands.
Easy to scare, she’s the perfect victim of jokes and ambushes by Zoo animals!

Stylish, talkative and always the best dressed.
With a twelve years’ experience in the visual merchandising and fashion design of luxury brands, Alessandra is undoubtedly the fashionable side of Cromazoo. Her presence on set is essential, because she is the best at styling and she takes care of us as the perfect Mama Bear.

Driven by an untamed passion for graphics, art, typography and coding, Federico mixes his interests to solve various communication and usability problems. You can find him excited by how a well-used color can solve an entire brand communication or by the elegant intelligence of a javascript function. He loves trees, mountains and anything where UX / UI projects can be found, graphic design, art direction and brand identity.

Matteo is a creative writer with an almost zealot passion for stories.
In Cromazoo he is the word hunter: meticulous, peculiar, convinced that for everything there is a way to express it at its best.
